Nutzungshinweise

1. Geltungsbereich und Regelungsinhalt

Diese Nutzungshinweise gelten für Nutzer der durch die Cosuno Ventures GmbH, Boxhagener Straße 77-78, 10245 Berlin (nachfolgend „Cosuno“) als Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) bereitgestellte Cosuno-Plattform (nachfolgend „Plattform“). Eigenständige vertragliche Verpflichtungen zwischen den Nutzern und Cosuno sollen durch diese Nutzungshinweise nichtbegründet werden.

2. Zugang zu der Plattform und Verwendung von Zugangsdaten

Der Nutzer darf den Zugang zu Plattform ausschließlich selbst für den Vertragszweck nutzen. Es ist Nutzern nicht gestattet, ihre Zugangsdaten Dritten zugänglich zu machen oder Dritten unter Verwendung ihrer Zugangsdaten Zugriff auf die Plattform zu gewähren.

3. Schutzrechte

Die Plattform ist urheberrechtlich geschützt. Alleinige Inhaberin aller geistigen und gewerblichen Schutzrechte ist Cosuno.

4. Unzulässige Inhalte

Der Nutzer darf auf der Plattform ausschließlich Daten, Texte, Bilder und sonstige Inhalte einstellen, zu deren entsprechender Nutzung er berechtigt ist und die nicht gegen geltendes Recht oder Rechte Dritter verstoßen. Cosuno ist zur Sperrung von durch den Nutzer eingestellten Inhalten berechtigt, wenn ein begründeter Verdacht besteht, dass diese Inhalte rechtswidrig sind oder Rechte Dritter verletzen.

5. Technische Empfehlungen

Für eine optimale Nutzung der Plattform rät Cosuno zur Nutzung der Browsertypen Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox oder Microsoft Edge in ihrer jeweils aktuellen Version sowie zur Zulassung von Cookies in den Einstellungen des verwendeten Browsers. Werden diese technischen Voraussetzungen vom Kunden nicht erfüllt, kann es unter Umständen zu Einschränkungen der Nutzbarkeit der Plattform kommen. Cosuno ist für solche Einschränkungen nicht verantwortlich.

1. Scope and Content of the Regulation

These usage instructions apply to users of the Cosuno platform (hereinafter “platform”) provided by Cosuno Ventures GmbH, Boxhagener Straße 77-78, 10245 Berlin (hereinafter “Cosuno”) as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Independent contractual obligations between the users and Cosuno should not be justified by these usage instructions.

2. Access to the platform and use of access data

The user may only use access to the platform for the purpose of the contract. Users are not permitted to make their access data accessible to third parties or to grant third parties access to the platform using their access data.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform is protected by copyright. Cosuno is the sole owner of all intellectual and commercial property rights.

4. Prohibited Content

The user may only place data, text, images and other content on the platform that he is authorized to use and that does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. Cosuno is entitled to block content posted by the user if there is a reasonable suspicion that this content is illegal or infringes the rights of third parties.

5. Technical Recommendations

For optimal use of the platform, Cosuno recommends using the browser types Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge in their current version and allowing cookies in the settings of the browser used. If the customer does not meet these technical requirements, there may be restrictions on the usability of the platform. Cosuno is not responsible for such restrictions.
